Finsbury Green Environmental Rating

The Finsbury Green Environmental Rating (FGER) is our industry-leading benchmarking system that tracks, measures and improves the environmental performance of our entire supply chain. It’s a foundational component of our environmental strategy and underpins our commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable practice.

This an environmental assessment for our offset, digital and mailing outsourcing network. This means our supply partners are independently audited, star rated and CO2 footprint calculated.

Finsbury Green Social Rating

The Finsbury Green Social Rating (FGSR) system is part of our broader commitment to a better way of doing business; one that upholds labour standards, diversity and inclusion, social enterprise participation and indigenous employment and engagement.

The FGSR is an assessment for identifying leaders in this category for our outsourcing network. It is also a guide for companies that wish to start on the journey towards improved social outcomes from their business activities.

Giving back

People are at the centre of everything we do.

We support a diverse and inclusive supply chain by partnering with Indigenous-owned businesses, social enterprises and disability-inclusive organisations. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive, values-led culture, while also delivering tangible community impact through ethical and responsible procurement practices.

This approach ensures equity and community impact are fundamental components of the supply chain. We also promote ethical labour standards through regular supplier reviews and onboarding, contributing to broader social responsibility and risk mitigation efforts.

Taking action

Governance is a key part of our commitment to a successful business.

Our Executive Leadership Team regularly review governance policies and practices to confirm they remain appropriate and relevant.

Good corporate governance supports our efforts to establish and maintain responsible and ethical business practices. We participate in global programs, we’re members of industry bodies and we hold certifications that promote these practices in our supply chains which contribute to a more responsible and transparent global business environment.
