Account Manager – Victorian Government Hub

Melbourne, VIC

An exciting opportunity exists for an Account Manager to join our Victorian Government Hub. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, managing complex projects and identifying opportunities to grow customer value. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Victorian Government customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting revenue growth across our print, mail, communications and managed services offerings. A strong understanding of mailing services, mail production processes and government communications requirements will be highly regarded. Responsibilities include: • Managing and developing a portfolio of Victorian Government accounts • Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders across procurement, communications, marketing and operational teams • Identifying opportunities to expand services and increase share of wallet across existing accounts • Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations and managing projects through to successful delivery • Coordinating mailing and communications campaigns, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution • Working collaboratively with production, operations and supplier partners to deliver outstanding customer outcomes • Monitoring market activity and customer trends to identify growth opportunities • Maintaining accurate customer information and activity records within company systems • Supporting the achievement of sales, margin and customer satisfaction targets • Attending customer meetings, reviews and presentations as required.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse /Storeman to join our busy warehouse team based in Port Melbourne. This is a full-time, hands-on role offering stability, growth opportunities, and a great team environment.
