Story
As South Australia’s largest open not-for-profit health fund, Health Partners has always stood for the one thing; driven to perform solely for the benefit and wellbeing of members.
Challenges
With that same philosophy Finsbury Green set about unifying Health Partners procurement process in the print and related services category across health insurance, dental and optical services. Closely connected to this approach was the consolidation of their spend across a diverse supply panel.
Printed marketing collateral includes product brochures, flyers and annual reports while direct mail includes member communications, premium updates and specialised mailouts.
One standout issue was that because of their diverse supply panel there was limited opportunity for seriously valuable customer service, but that soon changed.
Solution
Raising the bar resulted in evolving their mail strategy to drive improved membership engagement through increased variable data segmentation by product and demographic.
In turn this elevated the importance of data security and applying our Infosec’s policies and procedures framework.
Simplifying the online ordering process has seen Finsbury Green’s Sourceit Catalogue software implemented across the Health Partners business and has now increased to 90 inventory items simplifying and guaranteeing ordering and reporting efficiencies.
Sustainability and corporate social responsibility is important to Health Partners and they have enhanced their reputation by working with us to deliver a lower carbon footprint on print and mail. Added to that is the certainty around corporate social responsibility and modern slavery commitments through our supply chain.
Today, Finsbury Green is a reliable, financially secure and valued partner across a broadening product and service offering that includes corporate clothing.
Prevention is better than cure they say – parallel thinking for the foundations of a great partnership.
